This tranquil property has very polite staff and a stunning setting in a safe area, close to downtown Amsterdam and easily accessible by bus.

Very spacious rooms, quiet atmosphere, friendly receptionists.

Unfortunately, the mattress was worn out. The bathroom, especially the toilet, the bathtub and the tiled floor are old.

The hotel was impeccably clean, modern, had fairly friendly and efficient staff in that shift. Its location was indeed exceptionally nice and perfect and only 5 minutes walk from Burggolf. Further, it was so close to bus to Amsterdam, garden and purmerend and travelling places.

The peaceful location was perfect, with a nearby market and shops, and the restaurant served up some delicious breakfast dishes.

The breakfast was good, the food in the restaurant was very tasty. The staff is always friendly. The golf course was in a fantastic condition. Super location due to the proximity to Amsterdam, Zandvoort and Volendam.

The carpets in the hallway and in the room were a little bit stained, the hotel as a whole was getting a bit old, but part of the rooms had just been renovated.

The hotel needs renovation in some areas (also from the outside). The windows in the corridor and in the restaurant were very dirty. No refrigerator in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop with regular buses to the city center. For those who prefer outdoor activities, the hotel has two 18, hole golf courses and a terrace bar and garden. the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. the breakfast is nice with good quality food and beverages.

The hotel lacks some essential components that you typically expect in a four, star hotel, such as free Wi, Fi, safe.

We were very happy with our decision to stay here. Purmerend was a great base for travelling by car to towns in the area and the bus service from Purmerend to Amsterdam was fast and convenient. Free parking is a wonderful bonus and the hotel was quiet and peaceful thanks to its location on a beautiful golf course. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as 14 E per person seemed steep for children but the nearby town has a Bart's Bakery which was a nice treat. The hotel staff was so helpful and friendly and my husband and son loved relaxing on the putting green after a long day of sightseeing. A great choice for us!!

I had the most peaceful and relaxing stay at Golfhotel Amsterdam. The surroundings were beautiful, with lush greenery and lovely architecture. The hotel itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. My room had a great view of the green area, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. The staff at the reception were helpful and provided great assistance. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful retreat.

I think this hotel was very affordable through Booked.net and was in a very relaxing part of town. It had a nice resturant and the staff was nice and friendly.
